Delivery and Payment

TimeX│FAQ│What's you lead time?

The lead time is typically influenced by several factors, including the type of products ordered, the quantity, and the current production capacity. Generally speaking, our lead time ranges from 30 to 45 days after the order confirmation. However, this is only a general estimation, and the specific delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the products, customization requirements, production schedule, and other factors. To obtain a more accurate lead time estimate, we recommend that you contact us before placing the order, so that we can provide a more precise timeline based on your specific needs.

TimeX│FAQ│What's your payment terms?

We provide flexible payment terms to cater to our customers' needs. Typically, we accept payment via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (L/C). Both methods are secure and widely used in international trade. When paying by TT, a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the order. This deposit serves as a guarantee of your commitment to the purchase and enables us to initiate the production process. The remaining 70% of the payment will be due either before shipment or upon completion of the order, depending on our agreement.Payment by L/C offers a certain level of security for both the buyer and the seller. It ensures that the seller receives payment once the goods are shipped and meet the agreed-upon terms, while the buyer is protected from potential fraud or non-delivery. L/Cs are commonly utilized in large or complex transactions where a high degree of trust and security is essential.

TimeX│FAQ│Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?

Yes, we do have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement. Typically, our MOQ is based on a 20-foot container load. However, we also understand the importance of flexibility for our customers. Therefore, we offer the option of mixed containers, which allows you to combine different products within the same shipment, as long as the total volume meets the MOQ of 20 feet.
